Trainer Note: This is a great combo of step and power, but a lot simpler!!! 4 basic step tracks followed by some resistance training. This is another great class for all ages and all fitness levels. You can work as hard as you like and we will keep giving you options to increase or decrease the intensity.

BOOTY - a 30 minute class designed to target your Butt/Thighs/ABs/and more. Aerobic style warm up followed booty exercises designed to give you a firm and lifted booty!!
A challenging high intensity interval training class using different styles like AMRAP, EMOM, tabata and more. We use cardio equipment, weights or sometimes even no equipment!! But you'll definitely get a post exercise ‘BUZZ’.
Trainer Note: don't be put-off by "high intensity". We can absolutely change things for you, give you options and you're allowed to rest if you need. This is a great class for all fitness levels because it's soooo easy for us to modify for you!!
This is one big "Group Personal Training" session!!
